FLS-YCPT/05 series intelligent electric differential pressure bypass control valve applicable to liquid pressure differential between two pipes. Generally the control valve is installed in the bypass pipe system near the pump,  it open the valve when the pressure beyond the highest pre-set pressure to make more liquid to flow into the other pipe, then reduce the pressure. On the contrary, The decrease of pressure drive the valve open degree decrease to make pressure increase.

Intelligent electric differential pressure bypass control valve is consist of sensor, intelligent valve actuator, and ball valve ( or gate valve), we separately install pressure gages in exit and entrance of the valve, and calculate the pressure differential to compare with the pre-set value,  the control valve balance the pressure differential accordingly. Intelligent temperature control valve is manufactured by sensor, valve, actuator, pressure differential PID controller, in one, it is easy select and install.
